The continued spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is an unprecedented challenge for all and has presented changes in all of our daily lives. Mitchell Bank, as your community bank, is very concerned and we remain committed to doing everything that we can to help our employees, families and community remain healthy and safe. The following are some measures taken by the Mitchell Bank to help everyone through this incredibly difficult time for all:
As stated above, we implemented comprehensive cleaning procedures. Employee and customer well-being is our top priority. We encourage our employees to follow best practices such as frequent hand washing, cleaning as often as possible and staying home if they are ill. We also instituted social distancing efforts for employees by means of limiting close contact. Our employees and customers are the heart of our community bank and we are doing everything possible to stay open and staffed to assist you.
Please note that unfortunately there will be fraudulent people attempting to take advantage of any situation. Please remember that if anyone from the bank contacts you we will never ask you for any confidential information including User ID, password, PIN, security questions, account numbers, social security numbers or ITIN numbers.
